Ok garden centre, not good for wheelchair users

Overview
It's a pretty standard garden centre, probably great for non disabled people but as a wheelchair user I found it lacking. The car park and pavement near the accessible parking is cracked and uneven. The ramps are far too steep, and some are carpeted so I had to have help to get up them. And I had to be very careful going down as I didn't want to crash. The accessible toilet in the restaurant was far too small, and very cluttered. The emergency cord was tucked away so I fixed it and left a card.
Transport & Parking
I came with my mum (she drove), there was plenty of accessible parking spaces. I did find that the surfaces in this area of the car park were rather uneven which made it harder.
Access
There are ramps throughout, but they were far too steep for me to use independently. The floor was a textured brick in places which was a little hard to push on. The greengrocer section had areas that were too narrow to get my wheelchair through.
Toilets
The toilet in the restaurant was below the minimum size, and there was a lot of clutter. There was a large clinical waste bin in the transfer space, it was one of two so I'm not sure why it was even there. There was a baby change area taking up a lot of space. The emergency cord was tucked away so I fixed it and left a card.
Staff
The people I spoke to in the restaurant and the greengrocers were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a lot of contact with staff but what I had was good.
