Overview

Went for lunch on a quiet Thursday and while the cash point and disabled toilet were out of action, I can accept that things can go wrong. The staff were quick to alert me to these issues and I managed in the men's toilet. Resolving both issues is underway according to the staff. What I ate and drank were great tasting and nicely presented and served with smiles.

Transport & Parking

Very limited parking outside but not too far from town centre parking and bus stops.

Access

Front door was glass and not too heavy so could push through on mobility scooter. A gentle ramp lead up to the counter. Plenty of space within building making it easy to get to the toilets.

Toilets

Assuming the toilet flush is fixed it would be OK. There isn't a red cord, so I mentioned this to the manager when handing over a Euan's Guide business card. Limited rails and a bin in the transfer area. Room for improvement.

Staff

6 stars would be given if possible! I encountered 4 members of staff and all were helpful, polite and efficient without being intrusive. Excellent!
