Friendly and informative staff, physically accessible venue and inclusive atmosphere

Transport & Parking

We used a shuttlebus - great in terms of door to door but not wheelchair accessible. My son has learning disabilty - we were invited to sit at the front and he enjoyed the view. All seats had seat belts and the bus had a loo.

Access

All areas are ramped with wide door ways. Wheelchair access is provided for the rides and take you directly to the platform. Clear information about the nature of the ride and staff on hand to provide reassurance and help in decisions. Saw several young people in wheelchairs BUT all require you to be able to transfer.

Toilets

Available throught site, clearly matked and all well maintained. Some invluded changing area.

Staff

I misunderstood information and did not get a disability pass thinking Fastpass was the same. Staff invited us forward and also asked about my son's needs out of earshot rather than talking about him in frontbof him. Warm and friendly.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Atmosphere was inclusive with staff and cast characters addressing my son directly and asking him about his experience of rides etc. Utterly exhausting though! Area for people using wheelchairs provided near to firework display every night.
