Overview

We stopped here on our way home . The retail outlet centre is on the out skirts of Chester. There are a number of car parks all with plenty of blue badge spaces you can pay for under cover parking . But we parked in one of the out door car parks which are all free. Getting to the shops from the car park was easy nice tarmac car park, low kerbs to get onto the pavement. Getting around to the various shops really easy nice wide paths , shops easy to access although some a bit more difficult to get around inside due to displays . An excellent selection of outlet shops , cafes and places to eat a meal . I have to say this is one of the best shopping outlet centres I’ve visited. Staff in the shops we went into were helpful . A really nice shopping experience would go back again.

Transport & Parking

Plenty of blue badge parking spaces all free unless to wish to park under cover then you have to pay for that. Looked like there was a good bus service to the area. As we saw quite a few buses at the outlet centre.

Access

This was really good access from the car park to the shopping area very good. Low kerbs no steps at all , there were a number of ramps to get to shops that were On a different level. This was one of the best outlet centres I’ve visited.

Staff in the shops we visited were helpful although one or two not easy to get around due the displays,
