Overview
Best away supporter facilities I've been to outside Tynecastle.
Transport & Parking
Got there by train from Edinburgh, then taxi. (There's blanket parking restrictions around the ground on match days). Getting a wheelchair taxi is not easy. Two that advertise them on Google told me they don't have any. Eventually forced to use one of these 'press one for this, two for that....'answerphones. A saloon car turned up. Told me I should've requested a wheelchair taxi, but you can't do that on their phone system! Driver organised a suitable vehicle. Asked if I could book a return he gave me a card to call when leaving. Came out after game and phoned. Got another saloon, which ordered a wheelchair taxi. Unfortunately the ramp was jammed and had to call for a third vehicle. Over an hour waiting in freezing weather.
Access
Very easy level access. Stewards directing without being asked. My booked space was taken as no numbers on seats/spaces, so had to go to adjacent section which was almost empty and much better! Wheelchair spaces are about 10 rows up which gives a really good view (see pic.).
Toilets
Didn't use them, but very convenient rightbehind seats/spaces (see photo).
Staff
No-one in particular, but all seemed well trained and organised.
