Overview

Exceptional restaurant on the beach. Sun beds, towel, etc to hire. Superb location AND a wheelchair lift down to beach level. There are duck boards throughout to make moving around on wheels easy. Lots of shade under parasols but plent of places in the sun. For those who like that sort of thing😉

Transport & Parking

We arrived by ships tender. There is a car park close by. The railway station is just above the Marina but Villefranche is very hilly with lots of steps.

Access

The wheelchair lift made this the only way we could enjoy the beach and the sea view.

Toilets

Did not examine. There are rudimentary accessible toilets at road level.

You will see complaints about higher prices at this venue but such a great accessible venu right on the beach has to be paid for. We did not grudge the prices.
