Overview

The store is accessible, flat with large aisles. There is easy access from the car park on the bottom level. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lifts are large enough for three push chairs and a little extra. With low buttons. The cafe is large with close access to the large toilets.

There are lots of parking underneath the store, although it does get busy on the weekend.

Access

Really good. Accessible on both underground level and shop level. Lifts are accessible with low buttons. There is a loop system but the sign is not very clear.

Toilets

They have accessible toilets, which are accessible on the 2nd floor next to the cafe.

Staff

Amazing! Really friendly and helpful in the cafe.
