Overview
We found a few things that were not accessible in Debenhmas. But found the staff were great and willing to help.
Transport & Parking
Access
counter tops on third floor were too high and inaccessible . The button for the lift on the lower floor couldn't be reached because of display in way.
Toilets
could have been bigger - no changing bench of any type and was difficult to do a 360 degree turn.
Staff
the staff were willing to help and move things.
