Overview
We’d booked a table at Dante’s Italian but were very confused to find the door shut and sign stating it was closed. Someone came out from the adjacent The Herbalist, and explained they were one and the same. Seated, and ate - service was great, food was very good, and quality of food was also good (authentic Italian, high quality Italian ingredients etc). Seating/eating area was all flat and step free - plenty of room/ability to sit at tables if a chair user (powered or manual). Be warned- the accessible toilet is utterly bizarre and not fit for purpose if you use a wheelchair. The room is a narrow diagonal shape, with a large bin and sink protruding meant *walking* through was only just manageable let alone trying to get a chair past the bin. No transfer space, and VV limited room to turn around. No table/surface No mirror Shared space with changing table. Red cord was tied back, and far far too long, so bottom grab loop sits on floor with lots of slack. (Card left and tied to a more appropriate length)
Transport & Parking
Nearby car park (Pay and display) - inexpensive and step free from car park to restaurant)

Staff
Friendly, polite, professional. Didn’t need to enquire about accessibility etc, but given the level of service given do not have any doubts that they’d be happy to assist if asked.
