Overview

On booking I said I required an accessible room and was given a 'part accessible room'. No part of the room could be called accessible even the threshold of the room was uneven (no ramp). I could not independently leave/return to the room without aid from a member of staff. Even their 'accessible' room only had a wet room BUT was not more accessible! I had found this hotel on a deal d/b/b at a great price and could not resist. Anything positive? Dinner was lovely, the staff were very helpful and I'm very glad to be home, this hotel is NOT accessible.

The deputy manager (Jack) made bad situation bearable.

I would not recommend this hotel. I will not return. Management should try being in a wheelchair and check the accessibility of their 2 rooms
