Overview

Beautiful location and surroundings. Rooms were nice but we were told they had no accessible rooms to accommodate a family (a couple with a small child). The breakfast is also only accessible by stairs and the staff are too rushed off their feet to help. Lastly, there are 4 blue badge spaces, but they were taken up by luxury cars. When we raised this with reception, they said it happened all the time and didn’t contact the car’s owners, leaving us to park on a double yellow instead. It’s a lovely hotel but still has miles to go to make it inclusive.
