Overview
The DLR station is handy for getting to the Excel Centre being only a short distance from the west end of the centre.
Transport & Parking
Arriving, as I did, by DLR it was easy to get off and on the trains and up into the Excel.
Access
The access to the station was fairly easy with a ramp and lift to access the platform. It was level access on and off the train. There was a dedicated wheelchair space on the train.
Toilets
The station did not have an accessible toilets. There are toilets in the nearby Excel Centre.
Staff
There were several staff around who were happy to help. This may be related to an event being on at the Excel so may not be the typical experience.
