Overview
Attended an 'Audience With' form of production. Venue was ideal and accessibility first class
Transport & Parking
Went by car and found it fairly straightforward, although Cumbernauld does present some challenges for the sat-nav. Excellent disabled parking provision to allow easy entry to venue
Access
The public areas of Lanternhouse are fully accessible for those with limited mobility. We did not have to access any part of the building other than the ground floor, but facilities include ramps, a lift, and adapted seating. Wheelchair places in auditorium are at front of raked seating and provide excellent view of performance area/stage Web site has short video providing access infomation
Toilets
Traditional, accessible and gender-neutral toilets are located on the ground floor and first floor. We did not require to use the accessible toilets, but judging from normal facilities have no doubt that they will be to a high standerd
Staff
Everyone was friendly and helpful
Anything else you wish to tell us?
New facility, so well up to standard. No obvious signs of any COVID related precautions but wouldn't have expected there to be. Will certainly not hesitate to visit again if there is a production I was interested in.
