Overview
Croy railway station is easy to access with ramps to both platforms, an accessible toilet, good parking, bus links, and very helpful staff.
Transport & Parking
There are disabled parking bays adjacent to the booking office and the Glasgow bound platform. There's a bus stop immediately outside the station building with local bus links to Cumbernauld and the surrounding areas.
Access
Very good access from the car park via a ramp to the booking office and the Glasgow bound platform. Wheelchair access to the Edinburgh bound platform means going over the adjacent road bridge and down a ramp to the platform.
Toilets
There is an accessible toilet in the booking office area.
Staff
The staff were very helpful. Ramps were waiting when my train arrived for me to get off. Returning later in the day I had to change my times and the booking for assistance. The station staff arranged the change, provided ramps to board, and I was able to catch the earlier train. All done with a smile! Great service ...
