Overview

Arrived at Croft bungalow in time for check in Steve was there to greet us and was very helpful at check in and during our stay if we needed him. The accessibility for the bungalow was great had a big ramp at the back which was great for our big electric wheelchair. We requested the use of the profile bed and portable hoist both where there on arrival and the hoist was fully charged and easy to use (and looked fairly new). The Garden was all fully accessible for the wheelchair which was great. The other Beds and sofa bed where really comfortable and the bungalow was well maintained and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone with or even without a disability as it is in such a beautiful part of the uk.

Transport & Parking

They had a drive and had clear instructions of what is best to do with regards to driving in forward or reversing depending on how you load/unload

Access

Excellent. Large concrete ramp out the back

Toilets

Toilet is fine it’s in a wet room so there is space to get a wheelchair in (although we don’t need to use accessible toilet)

Staff

Steve was very helpfully thoughtout our stay
