Overview
Warm and friendly hotel with very good access in the front door and around the hotel. This was made special by the helpfulness of the staff who went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed.
Transport & Parking
We got a taxi from Perth train station because of line problems coming to Dunblane. So it's not easy or cheap to get here by public transport. It is uphill from the village so you do need a door-to-door arrangement. We can recommend Crieff Premier Taxis for a confident, safe and friendly service.
Access
Most things within the hotel are accessibile in a wheelchair. The only except is the hair salon. In normal times the staff would make another arrangement but we visited shortly after lockdown was lifted. The signage to the Terrace Restaurant is tricky because it is signed the Brasserie. That's not such an issue if you can pop up and down stairs but felt a bit tedious till we worked it out. The hotel have made great efforts to have the outdoor spaces accessible but there's a bit more work to do on that. Very welcoming, though, and one of the most accessible places we have stayed.
Toilets
All good really
