Overview
Due to engineering work, trains were only running as far as Crianlarich and then change to replacement buses. But to get the replacement buses there was a flight of steps!!!
Transport & Parking
Transferred from train to bus. Railway line was closed beyond Crianlarich due to maintenance work.
Access
Passengers were told that the train would terminate at Crianlarich, but not warned that it has no step free access
Toilets
There was one loo for all, and therefore a long queue. No separate m and f no separate disabled.
Staff
Crianlarich is an unstaffed station so no help for disabled people with luggage
