Overview
Was changing trains at this station so didn't have lots of time to explore, but from what I did see it was spacious, very easy to navigate with good signage.
Transport & Parking
As I was changing trains here I didn't see the parking facilities so can't comment.
Access
Signage was excellent and there were lifts between the platforms. Had never been to this station before and was able to find my way around easily. Nice clear audio announcements in plenty of time before trains arrived.
Toilets
I didn't use these but there was a very large accessible toilet facility with a wide ramp leading up to it.
Staff
Friendly and helpful - always seemed to be a member of staff nearby.
