Overview

The peace and tranquility. Very friendly people. Everything we needed was there. Very well adapted. Beds comfy. Kitchen got everything. Laundry available. All flat

Transport & Parking

Parked right next to cottages and 100 yard from cottage we stayed in. All flat and transfer easy in and out of car

Access

It was hard to find at first only because you could never imagine it is located where it is! If you go through crathie and you haven't saw it you've missed it, this will only happen once though because actually well signposted.

Toilets

There was loads of room for manoeuvre in the toilet/showeroom. The fact that there was a wash hand basin which came down with the press of a button for my dad to b able to shave himself and see in the mirror independently was great.

Staff

Maggie and the rest of the people we met were fantastic all friendly and nothing was too much trouble

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I had my father of 82 with me who had been poorly and this really brightened him up. My daughter and two granddaughters of 7 and 11 loved this as well. A play area for them and a lovely view of the river for my dad to look out on. The weather was lovely too
