Overview
This is 1 of 3 ferry terminals on the Isle of Mull. This one serves Craignure to Oban, and is Mull's main ferry terminal. The ferry terminal has good access facilitates with step free access and an accessible toilet.
Transport & Parking
The venue is served by the Craignure to Oban ferry and there are also occasional local buses that stop here. I am not sure they meet every ferry, so worth checking before travelling if you are planning to use the bus service.
Access
The terminal building has a permanent ramp. There is a single, manual entrance door, which was open when we visited. The building just has a ground floor so offers step free access. There is also a rather nice gift shop in the building. There is also a couple of benches outside with back support but no arms.
Toilets
There is an accessible toilet adjacent to the ferry terminal building. I've already written a review for it under Public Accessible Toilet, Craignure Ferry Terminal, see that for more details and photos.
Staff
The shop was busy. I had a queue a short time but service was quick and staff friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Also by the ferry terminal there was a small parade with a couple of shops and cafes. Sorry I did not go into any of these so unable to comment.
