Overview

The hosts have thought of everything to ensure this accommodation is totally accessible. From the moment you pull up into the spacious driveway, you can see there are no issues at all for those with mobility concerns. The wet room was totally functional and had ease of access. The heated floors in both bathrooms was welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious & beautifully finished inc all linens, towels etc. The stenar lift up to the open plan living area makes it fully accessible. This space, with lovely views of Falkland hill, was finished to a very high spec. They have thought of everything for all the familiy's comfort. The log fire was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipment, the hosts went above & beyond by even providing the ingredients to make bread in the breadmaking! Literature of the area and books, magazines & games, xbox etc were plentiful & of high standard. I could go on but suffice to say it was perfect and spotless and we would love to visit again.

Transport & Parking

Parking is right next the to accommodation entrance with ample space either side of the car and a gentle ramp up to the garden and front door thru a gated entrance.

Access

Toilets

Therr were grab rails and low level units, mirrors, hooks etc in the spacious wet room, making it fully accessible for all users. The heated flooring ensured the room was kept at a pleasant temperature.

Staff

Perfect hosts. Keeping touch promptly went require prior to the visit. Sending a thoughtful 'safe journey' message on the day before we travelled. Flowers and a personalised welcome letter upon arrival. And going above and beyond by making sure we could access the property slightly earlier than initially anticipated. So helpful and considerate.

We cannot recommend this beautiful accommodation highly enough. Extremely good value for money.
