Excellent place to eat, generally very good for accessibility

Overview
Easy access from the street, lovely staff, a more or less accessible toilet (but see below) and a rather cramped eating area. Overall impression: very favourable, with minor irritations.
Transport & Parking
Several bus routes will drop you off in Shaftesbury Avenue or Oxford Street, there are no step-free stations nearby. Beware of missing kerb-drops at the junction of Old Compton St and Wardour St, this astonishing omission by Westminster Council makes great difficulties for wheelchair users.
Access
Step-free entry from the street, and it's possible to manoeuvre around the restaurant, though everything is quite tight, and the staff kept banging their legs on my wheelchair as they passed, which is really thoughtless and irritating. Two customers had to be moved to let me get to the accessible toilet, and the coat hook stacks coats in such a way as to block the accessible toilet door, so that it can't be opened fully - very irritating and thoughtless.
Toilets
The accessible toilet is essentially OK but has a few issues: (1) the coat hook by the toilet door- see above (2) the red emergency cord had been tied up so that it stopped well over a metre above the floor, it should reach all the way to the floor so that it can be pulled if someone falls over and needs help (3) the toilet room is so small that it's impossible to turn your wheelchair, there's hardly room to wash a hamster.
Staff
The staff are adorable and will do anything to help. They made it a happy visit. If they could stop crashing into the back of my wheelchair as they pass, they would get five stars instead of four.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
The food is delicious, reliable, and very reasonably priced. The chocolate mousse is exceptionally fabulous. It's my favourite restaurant chain, a long way ahead of all the others.
