Overview
On paper access to the restaurant was good and ticked on all the boxes. The live experience was different to the expectation that had been set.
Transport & Parking
Not far from London Bridge where I arrived on the Jubilee Line.
Access
The restaurant does have disabled access but it is via side door and a walkway through the staff area; via the bins. There's an accessible loo in this part of the building.
Toilets
I choose not to rate the accessible loo as I didn't use it and confidence in a satisfactory experience was lacking.
Staff
An experience that left me as a wheelchair user feeling I was being tolerated rather than welcomed.
