Overview
Beautifully decorated in a cosy style which referenced William Morris. The food was worth the money, offering an interesting menu and some delicious desserts. It is licensed, with a good range of drinks. We went the second time for a celebration following a civil partnership, and we were there from 11 am to 5pm. We were not rushed at any point. We have been twice now and will definitely return. Great for that special occasion, or just a quiet meal with friends. One wall is plate glass with a wonderful view of Chester.
Transport & Parking
we drove, though it would be possible to get there by train then taxi, or bus and a short walk. We drove, and parked in a free car park close by, only for blue badge holders, near the registry office.
Access
Level access into foyer, then a lift to the main floor. Main floor entirely level. Plenty of space for wheelchairs.
Toilets
spotlessly clean fully equipped accessible toilet.
Staff
Staff were all brilliant and couldn't have been more attentive.
