Overview
accessible shop, staff always helpful, plenty of space only negative is a massively small niggle
Transport & Parking
shop is in the middle of a pedestrian precinct but local parking is often difficult
Access
excellent ramp built into the entrance, easy to access all ports of the ground floor, cannot access the first floor, but this is only seating, the only problem is the door is heavy and you have to press a button to ask for help, but this is in an obscure place and you have to block the door to press it and the sign for it is small and difficult to see
Toilets
the toilets are excellent, built from scratch as a wheelchair toilet when the shop was made into a coffee shop, so wide door, lovely wide room and good sturdy handles
Staff
apart from the door you do not have to ask for help, they will move furniture and offer any sort of help
Anything else you wish to tell us?
not just this store, but all the costa's i have ever visited are the same excellent service and accessability
