Overview
Access is ok and could be a lot better if there wasn't high chairs and signs in the corridor to the accessible loo. The lock on the accessible loo is pretty hard to deal with too. Staff were very nice though and try to keep a space at the front for wheelchair users.
Transport & Parking
We parked in the Mercat centre shopping car park. Not sure about public transport.
Access
Access is level to get in, although the doors are quite heavy so you may need someone to help you. There is a bit more space at the front of the shop, some of which seems to be semi-reserved for wheelchair users. As with most coffee shops, its quite tight to get about given lots of chairs, but the front is ok. Best to have someone with you to go and get the coffees! There was quite a large queue when we were there.
Toilets
The toilet itself is good - large and clean. The difficulties were getting past the high chairs and banners etc that were in the corridor to get to the toilet. There's also a lock on the door, which makes it very difficult for anyone with impaired dexterity in their hands to get out of the bathroom (theres a lever on it to get out as well as in). I think you're quite likely to need a bit of help if you're a wheelchair user - which was ok for us, but not ideal for a lot of people.
