Overview
Couple of great visits to Costa Coffee within the Next store since starting using my wheelchair this week.
Transport & Parking
I've parked in the shop mobility area on my two visits since using my wheelchair. What a find !!! Absolutely perfect.
Access
Lift is accessed from nearby the kids department in the Next store. Shop is a little cluttered in areas. But, it's Christmas week so I appreciate they've got to have the store full. It was just a little awkward finding a route to the lift from the front of the shop.
Toilets
Staff
The colleagues in the Costa have been excellent with me. They bring my order over to my table and make sure I've got everything I need. Warm and friendly and don't make me feel like a burden.
