Very bad for disabled access

Overview
Very hard to get into at times if your disabled. You have to ring the bell to get the portable ramp brought out. On a Saturday if they are busy and only two people working they cannot leave the counter to put the ramp out. I went in when no one answered and even offered to help with the ramp but was told as there was only two people working they could not leave the counter. That was about 3pm in the afternoon.
Transport & Parking
Patking only you find a spot in the road and you park with your blue badge.
Access
Disabled toilets are very hard at busy times there is more difficultly in getting into the toilets. For instance on Saturday there were a whole row of baby chairs stacked on the side of the wall across from the toilets . So there is no room for a scooter to turn. When asked to move the chairs there was two many to move and no where to put them. Not Happy.
Toilets
As before when baby chairs are stacked up against the opposite wall nothing can turn to get into the toilet. The cord in the toilet was tied up which makes it very hard to pull it as even I could not untangle it.
Staff
The staff were nice enough they just said it as it was they were not rude just direct to the point. As sorry we can not leave the counter to put out the ramp as there is only two people working . And when the dishwasher was broken they were sorry it was paper cups which some disabled people cannot use nor can the elderly. So instead of putting up a sign they tell you when you have been waiting for ages to be served.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Just not happy about disabled access at all. Yesterday Monday as it was not busy things were clearer.
