Overview
Lovely place good lower counter but too much food on it to be if any use. On the Saturday we were there it was very crowded. There is a lot of room but to get from the counter along and round with a chair or crutches it’s very hard. When we asked for help she gave a sigh but did carry the tray saying it might be better to visit on a day it’s not so busy. That made us feel unwelcome on a Saturday. On using the disabled toilet when going to wash out hands we got soaked the sink was leaking underneath so water came out of pipe. On reporting it was told the out of order sign must have fallen off. Not a great experience
Transport & Parking
On the street very few spaces you just have to park where a blue badge allows traffic wardens move you on even on yellow lines which is allowed so not great.
Access
Not great big place but very busy. Costa needs to clear the shelves of clutter and be ready to help when asked sort the toilets out and not sigh.
Toilets
Very tight no way a scooter could get in the door opens onto the staff washing up area so a very busy small hall to get through. The sink was not working as we found out. The dryer was not working but paper towels were provided.
Staff
Other than being very busy and being tired by sigh we got on asking for help with the tray. Two staff members working on a very busy day is not good enough. I give the low score because she gave a sigh and told us to maybe come back on a day they were not busy. Not happy it made us feel that the disabled should not go on a Saturday as it’s to busy and we are to slow.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I won’t be going back there as I do not like being told come back when we are not busy
