Overview
This is one of the better Costa Coffee places, clean and tidy and well looked after. Our review follows the trip we made to offer you our review for McArthur Glen Outlets East Midlands. Having parked in the large parking area available in McArthur Glen outlets, it’s easy to get to the shops and Costa Coffee as it’s all on the level for you from the disabled bays close to shops (photo 1) and ride along level paved pathways up towards Costa (photo 2) Costa itself looks inviting as you arrive (photo 3) the whole area around it is clean and tidy, lots of outdoor seating, and the front door is wide enough to get your chair inside without having to open both doors. There is enough room to get chair around inside (photo 4) but you have to pick carefully where you can place your chair, it’s quite cramped. Service is good, with friendly staff, and the coffee was very nicely done and hot. At the far end in the corner you will find the shared toilets (photo 5) just a one room toilet, but it’s nice and clean with enough space to get a chair inside (photo 6) and there are grab rails and pull cord, with enough space to spin your chair around. All in all, this is a nice Costa, and we felt confident enough to use it. We recommend now that you read our review for McAthur Glen outlet, if you have not yet done so, and then we suggest you read our review for PEAK DISTRICT TRIP, which will offer you full details for this delightful scenic trip.
Transport & Parking
Ideally close to entrance into McArthur outlet shopping malls, lots of disabled bays .
Access
Costa allows space for wheelchair movement, but difficult where to place the chairs as all tables are quite close together so you may have to get out of your chair and sit at a table, if you can of course.
Toilets
These are normal basic toilets, just the one for men, ladies and disabled, Tight, not much room, so you may have to get out of your chair, but they are clean and well maintained.
Staff
We found them very helpful and willing to support us.

Its a shame that the red cord appears to be tied up and out of reach.
