Overview
We had booked for an evening meal for 4 elsewhere that claimed to be wheelchair accessible, but was defnitely not so had to find somewhere else in a hurry. Despite already being fully booked, Coppa Club staff did their utmost to accomodate us and we had a wonderful meal served by incredibly helpful staff.
Transport & Parking
Being in the centre of town, there is no dedicated parking but parking is available in a public car park just 5 minutes away.
Access
There is almost flat access with just a tiny lip at the door. The dining tables are the right height to enable a wheelchair to fit underneath comfortably. There are smaller tables at the front of the restaurant for patrons stopping by for coffee and several outside. There are 2 areas with sofas and low coffee tables not suitable for use from a wheelchair.
Toilets
There is no Changing Places toilet. The wheelchair accessible toilet is a good size for entry and turning around in a wheelchair with sufficient grab rails and is very clean.
Staff
Couldn't fault the staff at any point. Very welcoming (despite being incredibly busy) and helpful, allowing us to chose the table I felt most comfortable at and being very attentive throughout.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Tables are cleaned thoroughly between guests. There is handgel at the entrance. All staff wear face coverings.
