Overview

Access to the hall and around the hall is good for those of all needs. A disabled toilet is available to those who need it however due to it being shared with a baby changing table the red emergency cable is in several knots and is not safe in an emergency. Red cord card was left of the cable and were still on there tangled when i revisited last week.
