Easy access but very compact inside but overall would recomend

Transport & Parking

I parked in the eastgate centre and then walked to the coffee shop (About a 2-minute walk!)

Access

Average, not exceptional. Easy to get in the coffee shop because besides the door there is a button where you can push for the door to open. Once inside, like most coffee shops it can be pretty tight in order to maneuver your wheelchair/mobility scooter. Another slight negative I would say would be like most coffee shops it can be quite a noisy place which is something to bear in mind if you're hard of hearing.

Toilets

Not the largest toilet ever so quite hard to turn my mobility scooter around to get out. I did notice a red cord tangled around the handrail but it had a handrail.

Staff

I never communicated with any of the staff so I can't comment.
