Overview
Arrived by tram with great support from the Bee Network staff. Had great assistance and no queuing. Excellent ambulent disabled seats with plenty of room and a brilliant view.
Transport & Parking
I used the tram from Manchester Piccadilly. I alerted the station staff to my disability which was hard to spot as I had forgotten my stick. They were brilliant in both directions giving me escorted access to the platform and on to the train
Access
Disabled access via entrance B. There was no queue and access to a lift that left me just a short walk to my block

Staff
Staff inside the block were extremely helpful - helping us move seats to the best place for us.
