Overview

A very well though out charity. When I received a grant to get the people who lived or worked there to do my garden and put in raised beds I was overjoyed. It seemed perfect. Given a grant to another charity direct. But they only turned up twice. Never again. I had given the drinks and buscuit it hurts I still cannot garden.

We parked outside a door. Could not see parking facilities but also no reception or staff around.

After not turning up to do the job we made attempts to calll both of the men runningbthe project which were never answered. I had a hole dug across my lawn for a drainage and has now left thr garden unusable for my chair.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The people were nice just not prepared to do the work. My grant was posted back to the charity it came from and I feel terribly sad that such a good charity idea is so poorly run.
