Overview
I went for lunch with my husband, they had a small trolley that they use to take takeaway orders outside which meant we couldn't get my wheelchair in. We asked staff if they could accommodate a wheelchair user and they said yes , moved the trolley and showed us to a table. My husband had to move a stool out the way so there was space for me at the table , no help from the staff. Space inside was very tight but it was ok. We ordered and ate our food, I then asked where the toilets where to be told they are downstairs, they have no accessible toilets and didn't let me know this at any point till I asked. The staff seemed totally unbothered by the fact they didn't tell me they had no accessible toilets and just wanted me to pay the bill, so we paid and then went to leave and we couldn't as they had blocked the door with the small trolley again so we had to wait for it to be moved again before I could leave and try to find a nearby accessible toilet. The one star is purely for the food.
