Overview

The website said it was accessible, so we booked the 72 hour tickets. It was a NIGHTMARE! The first bus's ramp was broken, so the attendant lifted me and my wheelchair onto the bus. The tour guide was rude and began arguing with the attendant in front of me. It was very embarrassing. I tried two more busses. NONE of the ramps work, on any bus. The other staff were all nice and supportive. But I had to rely on other tourists helping my girlfriend to carry me and off the buses. After the third I didn't try any more. I was defeated, humiliated and my confidence and self esteem took a hit.
