Overview
Although I was not accompanied by a wheelchair user, it was apparent of the adaptations available for those requiring wheelchair access. The box office tills are at a suitable height. Although the concessions tills are higher, there is a lowered one to the left for individuals requiring lower access. The screens are all on ground level, with allocated wheelchair spaces. There is a bar upstairs with a lift for access. Cineworld also have audio description in all of their showings. They also run a number of subtitled performances each week. I have witnessed guide dogs accompanying individuals during films in the past. And they also host autism friendly screenings. The only downside is that there is no toilet in the bar area, and the double doors entering the screen can be quite hard to maneuver.
Transport & Parking
There were disabled parking bays at either side of the entrance with a ramp.
Access
There were two sets of automatic doors and flat access. No seats in foyer.
Toilets
Disabled toilets down both corridors were both easy to find due to lit signage. Large inside with emergency pull cord and grab rails.
Staff
Very polite staff, seemed happy to help.
