Overview

Fantastic disabled access to every screen in the cinema plus 2 disabled toilets which are the most clean and fresh smelling toilets I’ve ever visited and seen. There are step free access all over the cinema all except for of course the higher seating in the cinema screens.

Transport & Parking

They don’t have their own car park as such but there is a disabled parking area opposite the Harbour and there is multi-story parking behind the cinema whereas after a certain time of day Cineworld customers can park for free at the moment wether it’ll still be the same in the future I’m not sure and they have disabled spaces in the multi-story car park.

Access

They have ramps to the cinema screens which are slightly higher than the others on the left of the cinema. The only trouble I have is the counter tops tills are a tad high for me to be able to use plus all the concession stands either side of the counter tops make it difficult to try to turn around in a mobility scooter to try to get closer to the tills.

Toilets

They have 2 disabled toilets available which are beautifully clean.

Staff

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff they go out of their way to help.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I would like to be able to use the concession stands properly without having to do a 3 (or more) point turn to try to get closer to them or a lower one for disabled guests.
