Disabled Access Day at Churchill War Rooms
Join us at Churchill War Rooms on Disabled Access Day:
· We are committed to ensuring Churchill War Rooms, a historic site, is accessible to as many visitors as possible.
· Concessionary admission to disabled visitors and free admission for one assisting companion
· Audio guides are included in your admission price. A descriptive audio guide for visitors with visual impairment and a family guide are available (in English only). Standard audio guides in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Hebrew, Portuguese and Mandarin
· For the hearing impaired, an earpiece is available for the hand-held audio guide, or you can have a copy of the sound guide transcript
· Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome
· Lift to the (main) basement level. Two mobility accessible toilets. Two wheelchairs are available on site for people that may need assistance during their visit
