Great training spot!

Overview

No access problems at all. Lots of sounds, smells and sights to work with. Staff seem knowledgeable.

There are bus stops right outside

Access

Pretty limited. There's steps around square with no ramps. Have to stop in somewhere on the upper floor to have a rest. Only one lift that takes ages to become available.

Only one and was locked. Couldn't find anyone to open it for me.

Staff

Overall they were welcoming, although we had common issues like our dogs being called "service dogs" and a couple of staff members tried to pet and distract them.
