Overview

Fantastic converted barns all with level access. I went with a large party so saw a number of the cottages, which were generally very spacious and pleasant, with lots of light and room to manoeuvre. The two story cottages even had a lift. All the kitchens I saw were adapted with lowered hobs and work surfaces and space a wheelchair under the sink or hob.

Transport & Parking

I think most of the cottages had paved parking right outside.

Access

Generally, the access was superb and had been really well considered. My only minor quibble was that there was gravel. If you were just renting one cottage, you wouldn't be affected at all and most of the cottages are connected by a pathway. But there was one small cottage I found difficult to get to independently.

Toilets

The toilets and bathrooms were very good. In my cottage there was a wet room and bathroom, both with accessible toilets. Both had plenty of room to move about in. I think you can hire shower chairs and other equipment for your stay.

Staff

I didn't particularly see the staff while I was staying, but they were very amenable and considerate while we were booking.
