Overview

They offer Ride access passes for disabled guests who cannot queue due their disability or wheelchair dependent you have to have your photo taken and provide documentation to prove this we did this online as it saves time when at the park all you need to do is go to the ride access tables and give them the code provided via email.

Transport & Parking

5

There is disabled parking right near the entrance and if you are staying at one of their onsite hotels then you can park at the hotel but it’s a bit father to get to the park entrance. You do have to pay for parking which in my view is outrageous they do provide express parking but it’s more expensive.

Access

2.5

The disabled access is good but if you suffer from spinal injuries than there isn’t any rides you can go on only at your own risk but that’s widely known. The reason for my low score is that the sealion show hasn’t got any places for those in wheelchairs/mobility scooters. So I wasn’t able to see anything due to everyone standing around the front of the poolside area.

Toilets

5

Fantastic toilets facilities they have a changing places toilet with hoists and changing beds.

Staff

3.5

The staff are friendly enough but other than having interactions at the food kiosks I didn’t really have any interactions with anyone else. They don’t help you with your orders at the kiosks in the way of I had to try to get my drink bottle refilled and try to reach it from them.
