Overview
Stopped off here for a late breakfast whilst travelling. Ideal café for breakfasts or lunches.
Transport & Parking
The garden centre is located just off the A158 on the outskirts of Lincoln. Ideal place to stop for a break if driving to or from the East Coast. The car park is mostly gravel with two disabled parking spaces on hardstanding.
Access
Ramped entrance. You have to go through part of the garden centre to get to the café which is slightly rough ground. The café is a little cramped inside but still manageable in a wheelchair. There is a good sized seating area where you can eat outside.
Toilets
They have a door code system to get to the toilets. You get the code when you buy some food from the café. The toilet is wheelchair accessible with fixed grab rails either side of sink and on the wall by the toilet with a pull down grab rail as well. I found the lighting a bit dim. Enough room for a carer.
Staff
Pleasant and friendly.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
They had a nice breakfast and lunch menu. I would visit again. The lighting could be better in the toilet. It is a little cramped to get around in a wheelchair due to the gifts for sale in the café area but still manageable in a wheelchair.
