Overview

The access for disabled people at Cheltenham racecourse is brilliant! The space around the venue is brilliant. There is a lot of space for wheelchair users to move around and it's all carpeted once you get in. The lifts were small but they had two of them.

Went by car there is a lots of spaces as it is a very very big carpark.

Access

The access for disabled people at Cheltenham racecourses is excellent there is a lot of space for disabled users to move around. In one of the rooms they have the bar has a lowered part where disabled users can use. I had to lifts which are small but easy to use

Toilets

The disabled toilets are good. They have two on the ground floor and one upstairs. The space is decent as there is one handrail on one side and you are able to get a hoist in there too

Staff

Very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions they had.
