Overview
This was a lovely approx 3 walk on a mix of compacted gravel and Tarmac. Mostly flat but with just one moderate push. The walk goes through woodland, fields, with a short distance on a quiet private road. The final leg of the walk is very leafy, pleasant viewing the WW 2 defenc line - now the Sustrans cycle way. Chard Reservoir is a medium size lake with plenty of water fowl and birdlife. A really lovely walk for carer and passenger. Good parking,

Plenty of free parking in a compacted area next to the start of the walking track.
