Overview

The restaurant is accessible, but typically requires you to make a number of floor level changes during a visit. Somewhat annoying, but understandable in an older building. Wheelchair access is via the Palm Sugar doorway on Buchanan Street. Firstly you need to use a small electric Platform lift to raise you approx 3 feet to the level of the bar area. From there you can then access the ground floor hallway, and a lift that can take you up to the 4 other floor levels. Disabled toilet is on level 2 (see photo). Food is served on many floor levels in a variety to public and private seating areas. One floor has split level seating, would therefore recommend you specify wheelchair accessible table when booking. Overall the restaurant is very spacious. No car park, city centre location.
