very good overall access

Excellent - disabled parking outside your Accessible lodge
Access
very good over all, warm tropical swimming pool changing rooms have a height adjustable changing bench but NO HOIST - Also the swimming pool water is warmer than average, but the HOT SPA's/HOT TUBS are one flight of stairs up (Not Accessible at all) - ALSO there is a Profiling bed with sides in the Accessible Lodge and carers bed in the bedroom - Very Good but again NO HOIST

Inside your Accessible Lodge is an Accessible Bathroom - NO HOIST or CHANGING BENCH

Excellent, very friendly and helpful
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Being a full time wheelchair user and NO HOIST is hard, but all other areas are catered for
