Overview
Won't be returning due to their fire safety policies for disabled customers. Segregation and worst seats. Rubbish.
Transport & Parking
Across the road you can park at the St David's Centre which has a great changing places toilet. Plenty of parking spaces, but you pay full place and its up three floors. There is often a long wait for the lifts. Don't go if you suffer from vertigo as you have to corkscrew round and round for ages to get to the first(3rd) parking floor.
Access
Very shocked with their fire safety policy and insistence that we had to be upstairs. Miles from the stage. No choice of seating area.
Toilets
Not sure as didn't see them, but was told there was a disabled toilet. Use the excellent ones across the road in St David's Centre.
Staff
Showed you where to go, pointed out toilets.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
At a recent show with my daughter we were told we weren't allowed to be on the ground floor as she was a fire hazard being in a chair. So you go up to first floor in a lift to sit in a segregated balcony right at the back of the arena furthest away from the stage. When asked what happens in a fire I was told that they were locked in a room that was supposed to be fire proof for up to3hours. Not happy. Ironically the show was Justin Fletcher/Mr Tumble, a tv ambassador for children with disabilities. I wonder if he knows why he never saw any children in wheelchairs at his concert!
