Lovely high end hotel in a beautiful old house and garden.

Transport & Parking

Token disabled parking space. No extra room at the sides for access. Plenty of space when we were there though.

Access

We booked a disabled access room. Our small mobility scooter was too big for the lift. fortunately my wife can walk, aided, for a short distance. I wakened up during the night with the realisation that we were on the third floor with no prospect of escape in the event of a fire! I raised the subject the next morning. They showed me a standard room on the first floor, but the access was too difficult for my wife. I have written to the management.

Toilets

Generally very good, but no shelves for anything, so living out of a toilet bag.

Staff

Very helpful, but couldn't help with the main issue.

I will let you know how the management responds positively. However be warned for the time being.
